1. License Grant & Software Scope
Quantra Systems Ltd. grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Forex CRM administrative console, hosting client portals, IB tracking frameworks, and trade gateways during the active subscription term.
You agree not to reverse engineer the synchronization bridge APIs, host illegal white-labels matching restricted jurisdictions, or use server sockets to inject toxic latency feeds into trading servers.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime metric for our central database hosting and synchronization gateways, audited monthly. Maintenance updates are scheduled outside high-volume market hours (typically weekends, Friday 22:00 UTC to Sunday 18:00 UTC) and communicated 48 hours in advance.
SLA failures resulting in extended broker platform disconnection are compensated with billing credits matching our Service Level metrics.
3. Subscription Billing & Refunds
All plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly schedule. Invoices are generated automatically and charged to credit cards or processed via crypto wallets. Overdue accounts are flagged for review after 5 days, and suspended after 15 days.
Subscriptions are cancelable at any point. We do not offer refunds or retroactive billing adjustments for partial month usage terms.
4. Governing Law
These terms of service and SLA covenants are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes will be settled within courts in London, UK.
