Privacy Policy & Data Security

Last updated: June 29, 2026. Learn how Quantra Systems protects data, manages server logs, and adheres to global compliance regimes.

SOC 2 & ISO 27001 Compliant Platform
We design software around security principles to safeguard client data.

1. Data We Process

Quantra acts primarily as a data processor for online forex brokers and proprietary trading platforms. We host software tools that gather client names, email addresses, phone contacts, IP addresses, document uploads for KYC validation, and terminal trading activity.

All information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols and stored at rest inside isolated AWS/Equinix databases encrypted with AES-256 keys. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer databases to advertising networks.

2. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), we process client details based on: (1) contract performance when validating trading accounts, (2) compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws, or (3) explicit customer consent.

EEA clients hold the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of their personal information. If you wish to invoke these rights, please contact the compliance officer at your respective brokerage platform, who will direct requests to our engineering desk.

3. Data Retention Policies

We store client registration records and document logs only for as long as required to support active trading accounts, process commissions, or comply with financial auditing regulations (typically 5 to 7 years following account closure).

When data retention limits expire, records are permanently erased from server directories and system backups.

4. Compliance & Contact
